JOBDESCRIPTION:
1. Leadershipin Finance Transformation Operations
o Take ownership of the finance transformation vertical,ensuring seamless operations, strategic alignment, and continuous improvementin service delivery.
o Drive the implementation of innovative solutions andmethodologies tailored to client needs while maintaining high-qualitystandards.
2. PracticeDevelopment and Visibility
o Spearhead efforts to enhance the practice's visibilitythrough thought leadership initiatives such as whitepapers, articles, blogs,and case studies.
o Represent the practice at industry events,conferences, and speaking engagements to build credibility and establish theorganization as a market leader.
o Organize and participate in webinars and paneldiscussions to engage with stakeholders and showcase expertise.
3. TeamDevelopment and Management
o Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of4-5 members in the first year, ensuring alignment with the practice'sobjectives.
o Foster a culture of continuous learning anddevelopment through training programs and hands-on coaching.
4. Strategyand Business Plan Implementation
o Support in executing the business plan, ensuring keymilestones are met and resources are optimized.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to refine strategiesbased on market trends and client feedback.

o Actively identify and pursue business opportunities,leveraging networks, market insights, and innovative strategies to generateleads.
