Weareseekingaproactiveanddetail-orientedSiteEngineer–InteriorFit-OutWorksto manageandexecutehigh-endinteriorprojects,primarilycorporateofficespaces.Theideal candidatewillhaveastrongfoundationininteriordesignprinciples,hands-onexperiencein siteexecution,andproficiencyinCADtools.Thisroledemandsexcellenttechnicalknowledge, coordinationabilities,andacommitmenttodeliveringqualityworkontimeandwithin budget.
KeyResponsibilities
•Overseeexecutionandensuretimelydeliveryofinteriorfit-outprojectsacross assignedsites.
•Manageday-to-daysiteoperationsensuring quality, safety,and adherencetoproject plans and specifications.
•Coordinatewithvendors,contractors,consultants,andstakeholdersforseamless executionandissueresolution.
•Ensureallworkalignswithdesignintent,architecturaldrawings,andtechnical specifications.
•Supportdesignteaminpreparing,reviewing,andmodifyinginteriorlayoutsandshop drawingsusingAutoCAD.
•Preparedetailedexecutionplans,schedules,andmonitorprogressagainstproject milestones.
•Identifyand implement value engineeringandcostoptimizationopportunities.
•Conductregularsiteinspectionstoensureworkmanship,materialusage,andsafety compliance meetrequiredstandards.
•Maintainclearandregularcommunicationbetweendesign,execution,and management teams.

Required Qualifications
•Bachelor’sdegree incivilengineering,Architecture,orrelated field.
PreferredSkills&Experience
•3 to 4yearsofexperienceinhigh-endcorporate interior fit-out execution.
•Soundunderstandingofinteriordesignconcepts,materials,finishes,andconstruction
methodologies.
•ProficiencyinAutoCADforpreparingand reviewing technicaldrawings;knowledgeof
design detailingpreferred.
•FamiliaritywithMEPsystems(HVAC,electrical,plumbing,firefighting)relevantto
interiorworks.
•Strongcommunication,coordination, andstakeholdermanagementskills.
•Abilitytoproblem-solveon-site and makeinformed decisionsunder pressure.
•WorkingknowledgeofMSOfficeandprojectmanagementtools(e.g.,MSProject,
Primavera)isanadvantage.
•Abilitytomanage multipletasks inafast-paced,dynamic environment.
WorkEnvironment
•Role- Approx.80%on-site,20% office-based.
•Traveltoprojectsites based onproject locationandphase.
